Adrian Geurink

November 23, 1929 - June 10, 2022

Adrian Geurink, age 92, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. Adrian was born November 23, 1929, on the family farm in Borculo, to Henry and Hattie (Blauwkamp) Geurink. He attended school in Borculo, started working and later married Marie Agnes Potgeter. They raised their family in Borculo and were members of Borculo Christian Reformed Church. Adrian worked at Keeler Brass for fifty years before retiring. Adrian is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Marie Agnes Geurink, in 2017, and also their two sons Kenneth Geurink and Terry Geurink. Adrian is survived by his children: Jan & Tim Teasley (Hudsonville), Randy & Pam Geurink (Caledonia), Bonnie & Tom Klingenberg (Zeeland); daughter in law Joanne Geurink (Hudsonville), 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, brother Gord Geurink, brother-in-law Fred Vander Lugt, and many extended family members. Visitation is 2-4 & 7-9 PM, Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at the Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State St. Zeeland, MI 49464. Funeral services are at 11:00 am, Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Borculo Christian Reformed Church, 6646 96th Ave. Zeeland, MI 49464. Burial to be at Borculo Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
