Mrs. Barbara Lynn Lamer Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

November 16, 1951 - October 17, 2013 Barbara Lynn Lamer, 61, of Zeeland, passed on to her heavenly home Thursday, October 17, 2013, at Hospice House of Holland. Barb was born in Zeeland on November 16, 1951, to Harley and Rose (Bok) Bos. Barb graduated from Zeeland High School and married her high school sweetheart, Garry Lamer. They raised their family in Zeeland and were members of Ridge Point Community Church. Barb was the owner of Main Place Antique Mall/Le Café in downtown Zeeland from 2000-2007. She was preceded in death by her parents, her father-in-law Howard Lamer, and her brother Jeff Bos. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Garry, her children and grandchildren: Marc Lamer, Amber and Brian Meiste (Avery, Andrew, Briella), Kurt and Lynn Lamer (Ellery, Karson); siblings: Barry Bos, Bruce and Brenda Bos, Bette Morris, David and Sue Bos; in-laws: Robert and Linda Lamer, Nancy and Alex Bradley-Calder, Dave and Lori Lamer; mother-in-law Estella Lamer. Funeral services to honor the faith and life of Barb Lamer will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 19, 2013, at the Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland. Pastor Rob Holland will officiate. Visitation will be 5-8 Friday, October 18, at the Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland. Burial will be in Zeeland Cemetery. www.yntemafh.com
