David Dozeman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

David Dozeman age 73, of Holland, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 11, 2015. He was the son of Wilmer and Ellen Dozeman and was preceded in death by an infant son, Daniel John and a brother, Robert. Dave was a lifelong member of Niekerk Christian Reformed Church where he was active throughout his life serving as deacon and elder. He retired as Director of Purchasing, having worked for Breuker and Den Bleyker and Richards Plumbing. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois; children, Doug and Carol Dozeman of Holland, Deb and Dean Brower of Hamilton, Dawn and Ken Osborne of Hamilton, 13 grandchildren, Grant, Brent, Kendra Dozeman; Eric, Caleb, Kelsie, Alec Morris; Kellie, Marc, Luke Brower; Courtney Vande Vorde, Bradley, Austin Osborne; great grandson, Hudson Dozeman; Mother-in-law, Grace Huizen of Holland; brother, Rich and Lois Dozeman of Grand Rapids; in-laws, Linda and Rog Smeyers of West Olive, Jan and Jake Boeve of Zeeland; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Niekerk Christian Reformed Church, 545 Country Club Rd. Holland with Rev. John Douma officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, December 14, at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland.
