Elaine Klingenberg Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Elaine Klingenberg, age 88, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Elaine lived her life to the fullest. She was a member of Niekerk Christian Reformed Church and a lifelong farmers wife. She loved her role of grandma and enjoyed time she was able to spend with them. She was loved and will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Klingenberg in 2016, and her granddaughter, Jillian Kay Klingenberg. She is survived by her sons, Ron and Peggy Klingenberg; James and Rose Klingenberg; Kenneth and Beverly Klingenberg; Thomas and Bonnie Klingenberg; Steven Klingenberg; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Henry and Beverly Tubergen; Joe VerMeulen; Arthur and Patsy Tubergan; Fred and Sharon Tubergan; Bern and Gloria Tubergan; Calvin and Deborah Tubergan; and Sharon and Jerry Poortenga. Funeral services are at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Niekerk Christian Reformed Church, 545 Country Club Road, Holland, MI 49423 with Rev. Darren Kornelis officiating. A time of visitation will precede the service and start at 9:30 am that same morning. Memorial contributions in Elaine's honor may be given to Hospice of Holland. Burial to take place in East Holland Cemetery.
