Karen Sue (Arendsen) Tucker

June 14, 1964 - March 2, 2022

Karen Sue (Arendsen) Tucker, 57, of East Saugatuck, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, after a long battle of many years from lupus and many other complications. Karen was born June 14, 1964, in Zeeland, to Earl and Lou Arendsen. She attended Zeeland Christian School and graduated from Holland Christian High School in 1982. Karen married Marc Tucker on April 26, 1985. Karen and Marc raised their three children in East Saugatuck and are members of East Saugatuck Church. She was preceded in death by her parents in law: Jerrold and Sarah Tucker, and her sister-in-law Barb Tucker. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Marc, their children: Allison and Tyler Vugteveen, Jake Tucker, Sam Tucker; her parents Earl and Lou Arendsen, brothers:David and Cindy Arendsen, Steve and Jean Arendsen; in-laws: Tom and Marge Tucker, Bob Tucker, Les and Karen Tucker, Shirley Tucker; and many aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, March 7, 2022, at East Saugatuck Church, 3815 56th, Holland MI 49423. Visitation will be 3-6 pm, Sunday at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th Street, Holland MI 49423. Interment will be in East Saugatuck Cemetery.
