Kenneth Dale Eding Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Kenneth Dale Eding, 80, of Bentheim, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Ken was born December 2, 1941, in Bentheim to Harvey and Frances (Westrate) Eding. He married Erma Leestma on June 20, 1963. Ken was a lifelong member of Bentheim Reformed Church. Ken worked in tractor sales his entire career, and retired after 28 years at Grandville Tractor. Ken enjoyed antique tractor pulling, watching stock car racing, Detroit Tiger baseball, and Detroit Lion football. Ken loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter Olivia Eding. Ken is survived by his wife of 58 years, Erma, their children: Diane and Gale Goodman, Darlene and Mark Becksvoort, Darla and Mark Groenheide, Ross and Melissa Eding, Ricky and Kelly Eding, Darcy and Brian VanDyke, 22 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, siblings: Shirley Price, Nancy and Henry Bosch, Bonnie and Wayne De Zwaan, Randy and Heather Eding, Karen and Steve Ten Brink; in-laws: Norman and Isla Leestma, Jewell and Richard Arthur, and many extended family members. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, April 11, 2022, at Bentheim Reformed Church, 3997 38th Street, Hamilton MI 49419. Visitation will be 1:30-4:30 pm, Sunday also at Bentheim Church. Interment will be in Bentheim Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice. Arrangements by Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland MI 49464.
