Roger Palmbos Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Roger Palmbos, age 74, of Zeeland, was united with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Roger was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a man of strong faith that he strived to live out, and he raised his children to do the same. Roger supported his family with an almost 40-year career in the food and snack industry, where he built strong, lasting friendships. Roger is survived by his wife of 54 years, Dianne Palmbos (Glupker); children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Shawn & Steve Compagner (Alisha & Nick Boeve [Teagan, Evelyn, Remington], Britney & Nate Poll, Colton); Jamie & Sheri Palmbos (Justin, Kiersten, Jaden); Jeremy & Jillinda Palmbos (Micah, Noah, Abbigail, Hayden); Rachelle & Jack Phillips (Nathaniel, Sierra, Kendall, Paige, Josiah); Rebekah & Travis Kirk (Sydney, Leighton, Dawson, Willa); Joel & Megan Palmbos (Grace, Faith, River). Roger was preceded in death by his son, Nathaniel Jay and his grandson Hunter Troy. Funeral services will be 11am Monday, August 1, 2022, at Harbor Church, 269 Douglas Ave, Holland, MI 49424. Visitation will be from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm on Sunday, July 31 at Yntema Funeral Home, 251 South State Street, Zeeland.
