Tricia Lyn Walcott Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Tricia Lyn Walcott, age 47 of Grandville, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on May 25, 2021. Born Oct 9, 1973 to Warren and Louise Walcott, Tricia enriched the lives of her family and friends in more ways than they could have ever imagined. She was independent, feisty, funny, determined, and loving. There will be a hole left without her presence and she will be missed immensely. Tricia attended Ottawa Area Center, Bursley School and Jenison High School. Special thanks to the Jenison Special Ed Dept for their amazing work with her. After high school, she worked at Jenison McDonalds and the Grandville YMCA. She was proud to live independently at Fairbrook Apartments in Grandville for over 20 years. She was part of the Special Ministries of Georgetown CRC in Hudsonville. In recent months, she enjoyed attending Bethesda Farms Day Program. She is survived by her parents, Warren and Louise Walcott; brothers and sisters-in-law: Mike and Maria Walcott, Eric and Sheri Walcott, Wade and Kristin Walcott; nephews and nieces: Jacob, Eli, Nick, John, Allyson, Madison and Kailey; several aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as many friends. Her family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all the people that loved her and helped her to live life to the fullest. A funeral service to honor Tricia's faith and life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Georgetown Christian Reformed Church 6475 40th Ave. Hudsonville, MI 49426. The Rev. Marc Nelesen will officiate. Visitation will be at church from 5-8 pm, Friday, June 4 as well as from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service on Saturday June 5.
