Manuel G. Diaz

Manuel Diaz Sr., age 76, passed away in his home on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Manuel took care of himself and his family. He enjoyed riding his bike and walking and socializing with his community along the way. He was a great father and was a wonderful "bonus" dad to his extended family. He would tell jokes and shared an infectious laugh. He was a man of faith and loved God. He was loved and will be missed. He is survived by his wife, Dora Diaz; children, Rosalinda Serna and Jesse Almanza Jr., Betty and Raul Betancourt Jr., Cosme J. and Sulema Quintanilla, Manuel Jr. and Julia Diaz, Hirene and Jesus Meza Sr., Daniel Diaz, Betty Castillo, Aurora and Jose Cabrera, Felicia Herrera and Duane Evink, Davis Hipolito and Mary Caustrita; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Jaime Jr. and Jessica Serna (Micheal, Sidney) Mark and Andrea Goodman (Melanie, Amelia, Leon) Aurora M. Perez (Joshua, Jaliya, Jeremiah, Jai‘Lyn, Joz’Lyn) Monica I Perez and Juan Carlos Garcia Jr. (Natalia, Juan Carlos III, Santos, Genesis) Martin S. Perez Jr. (Martin III) Matthew D. Visitation with the family is from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Langeland Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland, MI 49423. A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 20, 2025, also at Langeland Sterenberg Funeral Home.
